The girl that I was dating – she never did come home. She had to stay right there, where destiny’s morality spoke: “You two can’t be a pair”. 

The husband that I married – he never did return. He didn’t come back home, and stayed until mortality said “Wife, live your life alone“.

 

The best mate I’d befriended went in for the others, an ironclad loving heart. Religious immorality spoke: “Here’s your friend in parts”. 

The me born in September has never been the same. I stayed until I ceased. I’ll be forever damaged ’til Mankind combines in peace.
